I’m the founder of marie claire medispa, and for more than 20 years I’ve been passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin.
Having grown up in Ceredigion, it’s incredibly rewarding to bring advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments to the community I’ve always called home. Building lasting relationships with my clients has been one of the greatest privileges of my career, and many have trusted me with their treatments for years.
Throughout my career, I’ve combined advanced aesthetics with a genuine commitment to client care, creating a space where people feel listened to, supported and never rushed. I believe every treatment should be tailored to the individual, taking the time to understand your concerns, educate you on your options, and achieve natural, confidence-boosting results.
marie claire medispa was created with a vision to bring exceptional, medically led aesthetic and wellness treatments to Ceredigion in a calm, luxurious and welcoming environment. From advanced skin treatments and permanent makeup to laser treatments and restorative therapies, my goal is to offer the highest standards of care using evidence based treatments and industry leading technology.
I’m continually investing in further education and training to ensure my clients benefit from the latest techniques and innovations, while never losing sight of what matters most, providing honest advice, exceptional care and results that help you look and feel your very best.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a proud mum of five, and family is at the heart of everything I do. I believe caring for others extends far beyond the treatment room, and I hope every client who visits us feels welcomed, valued and genuinely cared for.

As Front of House at Marie Claire Medispa, I’m often the first friendly face you’ll see when you arrive. My role is to ensure every client feels genuinely welcomed, relaxed and looked after from the moment they walk through our doors.
I love building relationships with our clients and believe that the little details make all the difference. Whether I’m greeting you at reception, helping you find the perfect gift, or simply making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes, I’m passionate about creating a calm, warm and professional environment where you can truly unwind.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two energetic boys and live in the beautiful seaside town of New Quay. I’ve been friends with Marie for 15 years, so being part of her vision for the Medispa is something I’m incredibly proud of. I look forward to welcoming you and helping make every visit a wonderful experience.
Hi, I’m Lily.
I’m a Beauty & Wellness Therapist, qualified to Level 2 and currently working towards my Level 3 qualification. I have a real passion for helping clients look and feel their best, with my favourite treatments being eyelash extensions and BIAB nails. I love the confidence that beautifully finished lashes and nails can give.
I’m always looking to develop my skills and have recently completed a lash extension masterclass with a renowned lash technician, allowing me to refine my techniques and create beautiful, bespoke lash sets tailored to each client. I’ve also really enjoyed perfecting BIAB nails, creating strong, healthy, natural-looking manicures that clients love.
Alongside beauty therapy, I’ve successfully run my own cleaning business for the past four years, which has taught me the importance of professionalism, attention to detail and exceptional customer care. While I’ve loved building my own business, beauty and wellness are where I truly see my future, and I’m incredibly proud to be part of the family team here at Marie Claire MediSpa.

Hi, I’m Trinity.
I have almost completed my Level 3 Advanced Beauty Therapy NVQ and have discovered a real passion for massage and holistic wellbeing. Helping people relax, recharge and take a break from the demands of everyday life is the part of my job I enjoy most.
I’m particularly excited to be specialising in pregnancy and oncology massage, allowing me to care for clients with treatments that are both safe and deeply restorative. I’ve often been told I have “magic hands”, and I love knowing that even a single treatment can leave someone feeling calmer, lighter and completely renewed.
The Japanese Head Spa has been the perfect addition to my treatments. Combining luxurious scalp and hair rituals with soothing massage techniques, it’s a beautiful experience that allows clients to completely switch off, unwind and enjoy some well-deserved self-care.
I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, relaxing environment where every client leaves feeling refreshed, cared for and looking forward to their next visit.
